PARTICIPANT/VENDOR  GUIDELINES

These Guidelines are in place for every Intuitive Fair held at Ancient Spiritual Wisdom in Sun City. Ancient Spiritual Wisdom and Informational Pathways, LLC reserve the right to change these Guidelines as deemed necessary.



SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS AND VENDORS:

Our goal is to bring together healing-arts professionals who share a common spirit and enthusiasm for helping others in light and harmony. We reserve the right to limit the number of similar services/products. 



COST:

Participants and Retail Vendors.....$25.00

      * All fees must be paid to reserve a space.

      * Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or money order (made payable to Informational Pathways, LLC).



NOTE:

Participant Practitioners keep 100% of their sessions; Retail Vendors keep 100% of their sales. It is the Vendor's responsibility to collect and submit sales tax collected.



REFUNDS:

All space fees are not refundable. Please do not ask for a refund if you are a no show.

SET UP TIME:

Set up is one hour before the event. Please plan to be completely finished setting up by 10am. Please do not arrive any earlier than 9am. Please bring your own table and table covering. 2 chairs will be provided. If you need more chairs, please request them.



PARKING:

Participant parking is allowed near the building only during unloading and loading. After unloading, please park away from the building on Coggins Drive so attendees and other building tenants may have access to parking.



TEAR DOWN TIME:

Please be prepared to stay the entire time of the Fair. You will not be permitted to break down before the event end time. You are making the commitment to stay for the entire Fair, and we expect as much.



FOOD:

Please feel free to bring a lunch and snacks. Water will be provided.



ELECTRICITY:

If you need electricity, please bring your own extension cord.



PAYMENTS FOR READINGS:

We are promoting 15 minutes for $20.00 for Practitioner reading sessions and 30 minute sessions for $40, and we suggest you bring a timer with you for accuracy. Signs will be posted informing attendees of the 15 and 30 minute charges so there is no misunderstanding. Of course, you may have a longer session if you so choose, and charge your client accordingly. We do not handle credit or debit card processing for you. You will be handling all payments for readings and retail products, and the form of payment you accept is your responsibility. It is suggested that you have the ability to accept credit cards. If you do not and are interested in information about doing so, please contact us before the Fair. All participants are requested to bring change for your customers because we will have limited cash on hand and cannot make change for you.



PAYMENTS FOR RETAIL SALES:

If you have retail products to sell at the Fair, you set the prices, you keep 100% of the sales, and you are responsible for collecting and submitting your own sales tax. We do not handle credit or debit card processing for you. It is suggested that you have the ability to accept credit cards. If you do not and are interested in information about doing so, please contact us before the Fair. You may bring your own email sign up sheet, if you wish. All participants are requested to bring change for your customers because we will have limited cash on hand and cannot make change for you.



PUBLICITY AND PROMOTION:

We publicize all events in the local newspapers and on social media. We post on Facebook, Meetup, and many more internet sites. We encourage you to also freely post on your Facebook page and your other internet sites. Flyers can be prepared for you upon request, to print out, hand out and to post for a nominal fee. Encourage your friends and anyone you know to come for an entertaining, fun-filled, positive day. If we all work together promoting this event, we will bring in many attendees for all of us as well as potential clients for you.



ADVERTISING:

As a participant, we encourage you to put out your information, flyers, brochures, or business cards.



HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE:

In consideration of participation in any event at The Place of Spiritual Wisdom, a Informational Pathways, LLC. I hereby release and forever discharge the office, its owner, its members and representatives, and their respective heirs, successors and assigns, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, debt, dues contracts, judgments, damages, claims, and or demands whatsoever in law or equity that the undersigned, its successors or assigns, ever had, now have, or may have in the future in connection with the undersigned's participation in any event on Sun City Professional Building property. You agree to hold Madeline La Mont and Informational Pathways, LLC, harmless.

Be sure that you understand and agree to abide by these Fair Participant Guidelines before signing your name on the Participant Application.
